Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server infrastructure and network connectivity during weekend shifts.
- Resolve incoming technical tickets and user support requests with minimal supervision.
- Execute scheduled system backups, patch management, and security updates to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct routine health checks on hardware and software applications.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of all weekend activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a rotating schedule.
