- Maintain 99.9% system uptime and troubleshoot critical technical issues.
- Lead a team of 5-10 technicians, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Manage inventory of technical equipment and hardware.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Document technical reports and resolve escalated user tickets.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or operations management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and hardware.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required for regional travel.
