Responsibilities
- Provide advanced tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets and email inquiries during weekend hours.
- Monitor server health and system performance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Conduct routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday on-site team to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Ability to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are highly preferred.
