Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations team of 8-12 technicians and support staff
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 server infrastructure and cloud services
- Coordinate client support escalations during weekend peak hours
- Execute scheduled system patches and maintenance windows
- Generate weekend performance reports and incident summaries
- Collaborate with weekday leadership teams for operational continuity
- Implement weekend-specific security protocols and compliance checks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure management
- Proven experience leading teams during weekend/night shifts
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud environments and Linux systems
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
