Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Monitor system performance and address critical incidents immediately to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist users with device setup, account management, and software installation.
- Maintain and organize the inventory of IT assets and peripheral equipment.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time support staff to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
