Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain server health and network security during off-hours.
- Resolve password resets, account access issues, and software configuration problems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to escalate complex issues immediately.
- Conduct routine system backups and updates to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
