Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the IT inventory, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Perform routine server maintenance and security updates during low-traffic weekend windows.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new software deployments.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in Help Desk or Technical Support, specifically with weekend shift availability.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Current CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
