Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end definition and execution of the 2026 product roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to translate strategic goals into technical requirements.
- Mentor junior leaders and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cloud architecture.
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning sessions and produce detailed roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
