Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning for the company’s flagship AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement microservices and distributed architectures capable of handling billions of data points with low latency.
- Model Research & Optimization: Spearhead research into novel neural network architectures, focusing on efficiency and inference speed.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and product managers to drive product development.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), specifically in GPU clusters and Kubernetes.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale engineering problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
