Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Perform daily hardware and software troubleshooting, including workstation setup, printer configuration, and OS patching.
- Monitor and respond to alerts from our centralized monitoring systems to proactively resolve issues.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
- Conduct routine system backups and security audits during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Sunday) consistently.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
