Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 workforce evolution frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent acquisition
- Design AI-augmented human collaboration systems for hybrid work environments
- Author forward-looking industry reports published at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Partner with MIT's Future of Work Lab on neurodiversity inclusion research
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, HR tech, or organizational development
- Expertise in workforce planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership on future of work (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan)
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and neurodiversity inclusion
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Organizational Psychology, or Data Science
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
