Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging trends with our long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Scouting: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Spatial Computing, Biotech integration) to identify viable opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem, including startups, research labs, and academic institutions.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation workshops to prototype and test future-facing concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Executive Reporting: Present complex technology trends and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in clear, compelling terms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitor technology stacks to maintain a competitive advantage in the 2026 market landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and future technologies, including Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into business strategies.
- Leadership: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
