Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- AI & ML Integration: Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning models to drive automation and efficiency.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) capable of supporting millions of users.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (Blockchain, Quantum Computing, GenAI) to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain the highest standards of code quality and architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record of integrating AI/LLMs into production environments (LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
