Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining key milestones for product evolution and market entry.
- Conduct deep-dive Future-of-Work and Future-of-Tech analyses to identify disruptive opportunities and threats.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Curate and present high-level futurist insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify emerging talent and build a future-ready workforce strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Future Studies, or Executive Management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering long-term strategic value.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and their potential impact on business models.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Studies, or a related field is preferred.
