Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and investors, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management and ensure optimal utilization of resources for R&D projects targeting the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI Strategy or Product Management.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning architectures, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract technological concepts into scalable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating a 2026 vision to diverse audiences.
