Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions.
- Identify high-impact emerging technologies and assess their feasibility for large-scale implementation.
- Manage the departmental budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for strategic projects.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering and product divisions.
- Present strategic proposals to the C-Suite and key stakeholders to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives and technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
