About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our elite 24/7 infrastructure team. This is a critical full-time position focused on the weekend shift, ensuring the highest level of availability and stability for our enterprise clients. You will be the guardian of our cloud environment during off-peak hours, handling complex deployments, security patches, and incident response.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for stability and performance during the weekend shift.
- Oversee and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI to ensure rapid, error-free deployments.
- Respond to and resolve critical system alerts and outages with a focus on minimizing downtime.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, IAM policies, and vulnerability scanning.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to improve resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with the on-call team during handover periods to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
- Document all incident reports, configuration changes, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell).
- Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Valid driver’s license (required for on-site facility access in Fort Worth).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
