Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance architectures that can handle millions of concurrent users and complex AI computations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Integration & Innovation: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI models and quantum-ready protocols into our core infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical vision and lead diverse teams effectively.
