Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Define and execute a long-term research strategy aligned with our Vision 2026 roadmap, focusing on LLMs and multimodal AI.
- Publish & Innovate: Author high-impact research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy proof-of-concept models that bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready software.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to translate complex research findings into scalable, user-centric features.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, specifically Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion models.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark) is a plus.
- Research Skills: Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues and a strong command of research methodologies.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in an industrial research setting or leading AI research projects.
