Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of novel neural architectures for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Algorithm Design: Design, implement, and optimize deep learning algorithms using Python and modern frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to translate research findings into deployable products.
- Publication: Publish high-quality research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology roadmap remains competitive and future-proof.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and development.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Research Skills: Proven track record of publishing in prestigious academic venues and patents.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
