Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of state-of-the-art generative models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production models.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and benchmarking to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and mitigate biases in training data and model outputs.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a related industrial role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and neural network optimization.
