Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy cutting-edge AI models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness and fairness.
- Write high-quality technical documentation and patents for novel algorithms.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities for AI integration.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Excellent programming skills in Python and C++.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model training and deployment.
