Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or related field (2018-2023)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
