Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the R&D roadmap for 2026, focusing on the convergence of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Quantum algorithms.
- Design novel neural network architectures and reinforcement learning frameworks for autonomous decision-making agents.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical roadmaps into product realities.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system security, ethical compliance, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML and Deep Learning.
- Proven expertise in designing and training state-of-the-art models (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their practical application in classical AI problems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.
