Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models utilizing hybrid quantum-classical frameworks to solve complex optimization problems.
- Conduct advanced research to optimize algorithms for near-term quantum hardware, ensuring practical applicability in real-world scenarios.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum APIs and SDKs into existing enterprise AI stacks and data pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding hardware engineers, physicists, and product managersâto translate complex research into production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science with a focus on deep learning.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, or Amazon Braket.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
