Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and potential integration points.
- Proven experience leading teams of 5+ engineers in a high-growth environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
