Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-generation neural architectures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Pioneer hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to accelerate machine learning model training.
- Lead the architectural vision for the '2026 Core' platform, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization of AI models to ensure zero-latency performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, specifically in generative AI and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Physics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Cirq.
- Demonstrated experience with quantum computing simulators and hardware.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate abstract concepts into robust engineering solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
