Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation AI and quantum computing frameworks.
- Define the 2026 technology roadmap in collaboration with the CTO.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced machine learning models and distributed systems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous technical research on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML engineering.
- Proven experience in quantum computing integration or simulation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
