Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and communicate a compelling product vision for AI-driven solutions, specifically targeting the technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead Product Development: Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration for our core AI models and agent ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure product goals align with company strategy.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Multimodal AI) and integrate them into our product stack to maintain a competitive edge.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user metrics, market trends, and technical feasibility to prioritize features that drive maximum impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science products.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI architectures.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with a focus on market trends, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
