Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time predictive analytics
- Lead research on transformer architectures and federated learning systems
- Develop production-grade AI solutions with 99.99% reliability SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers in MLOps best practices and ethical AI frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate ML prototypes into commercial offerings
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging GCP/AWS/Azure ecosystems
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research at NeurIPS/ICML
Qualifications
- 5+ years in production ML with proven impact at scale
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- PhD or equivalent research experience in ML/AI or related field
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences or journals
- Proficiency with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Seldon)
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
- Fluency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures
