Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and pipelines for production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize data infrastructure and model performance for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure ethical AI practices by auditing models for bias and transparency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, hyperparameter tuning, and MLOps.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
