Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for edge and cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI, quantum computing integration, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
