Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and infrastructure that can handle high-velocity data and massive scale.
- Model Development & Optimization: Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed computing systems.
- AI Specialization: Deep knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, or Reinforcement Learning.
