Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems and cloud infrastructure that can handle massive data throughput.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of machine learning models, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, advanced LLMs) to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production environments to ensure high availability and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Specialization: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
