Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale NLP applications.
- Lead the architectural strategy for deploying state-of-the-art LLMs into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to push the boundaries of model accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce resource costs in cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying production-level AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
