Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure for next-generation applications.
- Lead the architecture of deep learning models, specifically in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Conduct high-level research to explore new methodologies in neural network optimization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready features.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
