Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art neural networks for real-time data processing and predictive analytics.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in the R&D of autonomous agents and smart ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with emerging AI ethical frameworks and global data privacy regulations.
- Optimize model inference latency to support low-latency, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap for our 2026 platform release.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy in high-growth environments.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
