Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for our AI evolution, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of AI data across all platforms.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
