Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, distributed AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the R&D efforts for next-generation machine learning models, including LLMs and reinforcement learning agents.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
