Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives focused on Next-Gen AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and 2026 roadmap for our AI capabilities, aligning them with business objectives.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Modeling: Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Generative Models.
- Cloud & MLOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
