Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data growth.
- Define 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the long-term AI strategy and technical milestones for the year 2026.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and development of advanced neural network architectures to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of models on major cloud providers (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
