Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and deploy scalable, high-availability AI architectures for next-generation LLMs and neural networks.
- Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and architecture strategy for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency across distributed systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce industry-standard coding, security, and MLOps practices.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and evaluate their applicability to our products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
