Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models, specifically focusing on scalability and inference optimization for 2026 standards.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal learning systems, to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, software engineers, and product managersâto translate complex research into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring robust deployment pipelines and continuous integration of model updates.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications
- Masterâs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
