- Optimize animated assets for performance, ensuring smooth playback across various devices and browsers.

- Stay ahead of emerging design trends and propose innovative creative solutions to solve business challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or graphic design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from minimalistic to complex motion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, or ProtoPie.
- Understanding of web technologies and how motion impacts user experience.
