Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Proven proficiency in industry-standard software (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating mastery of timing, spacing, and character animation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
