Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, mobile, and broadcast media.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-platform compatibility (responsive design).
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion design and incorporate new techniques into your workflow.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or visual effects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Blender.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced animation principles (timing, spacing, easing) and storytelling skills.
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and basic JavaScript for web animations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
