Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex requirements into intuitive, visually stunning 2D interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design fidelity across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Motion Graphics: Develop engaging 2D animations and transitions that enhance user engagement and drive conversion.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineers to implement designs, providing assets and clear specifications for a seamless handoff.
- User Research: Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and improve the overall user journey.
- Visual Assets: Create custom vector illustrations and iconography that align with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D interaction design, UI/UX, or motion graphics.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D skills, including motion design and interactive prototypes.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
