The Role
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and animation, creating fluid, engaging motion graphics that resonate with audiences. You will work closely with the creative director to define visual styles and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and social media.
- Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to ensure narrative flow and visual impact.
- Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro to create seamless animations.
- Optimize video files for various platforms and bandwidths without compromising quality.
- Present concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for refinement.
- Maintain a robust library of assets and templates to streamline the production workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a 2D Motion Designer or similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing advanced animation techniques, typography, and storytelling.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and weight in animation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions.
- Experience with version control and asset management workflows (e.g., Git, Figma).
