In this role, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic storytelling, creating high-impact motion graphics for digital campaigns, product launches, and web experiences. You will work closely with art directors and developers to ensure your animations are not only beautiful but technically optimized.

Responsibilities
- Craft Visual Narratives: Create compelling 2D animations and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Storytelling: Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts before production begins.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and art directors to ensure the tone and message of the animation are cohesive.
- Technical Execution: Produce final assets in various formats, optimizing them for web, social media, and video delivery.
- Motion Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, new techniques, and emerging tools in motion design.
- Client Presentations: Present concepts and final work to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Premiere Pro. Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced animation skills, timing, and storytelling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions within constraints.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
