Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and web experiences.
- Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize complex concepts before production begins.
- Collaborate closely with the art director and engineering team to ensure assets meet technical specifications.
- Optimize animation files for various platforms and devices without compromising quality.
- Conduct research on emerging animation trends to keep our work fresh and relevant.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical capabilities.
- Experience with rigging and character animation is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
